(Crocodile Posture)
In this asana aspirant lies like a crocodile so it is named as Makarasanam.
Method
- Lie down in prone pose.
- Put the legs apart in a sufficient comfortable distance while resting the inner side of the foot on the floor.
- Bring the hands together and put the palms on one another and rest the cheek on the palms.
