Method
- Lie in supine pose and turn towards the right side.
- Put the palm under the right side of the head
- Put left hand palm on the floor near the navel
- Lift left leg as maximum as possible until perpendicular to the floor
- Stay in that posture comfortably and gradually, slowly come back to supine pose and relax
Note: Repeat on second side
Benefits
It improves elasticity of the legs and prevents sciatica and swelling in the legs. Also it smoothens the varicose veins.
