(Raised Leg Posture, also known as Uttana Padasana)
Method
1. Lie in supine pose.
2. Inhale while raising both legs up to one foot and hold the breath
3. Stay in that posture comfortably
4. While exhaling gradually, slowly come back to supine pose
5. Try four or five times then relax
Note: One can try with single leg in the beginning
Benefits
It reduces excess fat in the abdominal region, buttocks and thighs. It gives strength to all the reproductive organs.
